Rental Policies at Grand Rental Station

Rental period

  • Minimum
  •    2 hours, 4 hours, or 1 day depending on equipment
  • Day Rate
  •    24 hours from the time equipment is picked up
       Exception: Saturday after 4pm to Monday 8am charged as 1 day rate
  • Week Rate
  •    5 or 7 consecutive days to the same time
  • Month Rate
  •    28 consecutive days to the same time

NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the agreed return date and time on your rental contract.

Identification

A valid driver’s license and 2 working phone numbers are required for ALL rentals.

Payment

Payment is required when item(s) is picked up or reservation is made (excluding open account customers). A reservation must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the time of pick-up. We accept Visa and Master Card, cash, check, or debit card with Visa or Master Card emblem. When paying with cash, check or debit card, a valid credit card is needed for pre-authorization or cash deposit is required. Deposits vary per item.

Deposit

Some, not all, rental items require a deposit. A deposit is required in the form of valid credit card, check, or cash deposit. If deposit is paid with a check, it will be returned no earlier than 21 days after the date the check was written.

Damages

The renter is responsible for any damage caused by abuse, theft, burglary, misuse, loss, intentional or unintentional damages or damage incurred during transportation of the rented item(s).

Availability/Reservations

Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome and suggested to secure rentals. We take payment at the time of reservation (excluding open account customers). A cancellation fee may be charged on all cancellations of reservations.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If equipment does not function properly notify Grand Rental Station immediately. No credits or adjustment will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered. Grand Rental Station is not responsible for operator errors or unsuitable conditions at site.

Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates on all equipment, including inflatables. Please call for the charge to your specific location.

Fuel

Equipment is sent out full of fuel and should to be returned full. A fuel charge will be assessed on the return if not full minimum of 1 gallon.

Tires/Rubber Trac

The customer is responsible for all tire damage, flats and trac damage. Damage to rubber tracs will be calculated by useful life and Grand Rental Station will determine current pricing. If we are called for onsite repair we will charge our shop rate.

Cleaning Fees

Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty.

Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
