Canopy tents must be installed in a grassy area or gravel.
Frame Tents

Their placement is very versatile and they may be installed on any surface including asphalt, decks, concrete, or grassy areas. They are held down with concrete weights or stakes in grass. Frame tents are erected with aluminum poles and are structurally strong to withstand wind, rain or snow due to the heavyweight top. One of the benefits of a frame tent is that it does not have center poles, but can support greenery or flowers from the ceiling. Sizes range from 10 feet by 10 feet up to 40 feet by 100 feet and can accommodate up to 225 guests. All frame tents can have sidewalls and lighting.
Pole Tents
Pole tents are most commonly used for weddings and special events. The swoops and peaks of pole tents give them an elegance like no other tent. They require large open grassy areas without any low hanging branches. The heavy duty, blackout top can withstand all types of weather. The center poles help support the tent and it is secured with 42 inch stakes and 2 inch ratchets. Pole tent sizes range from 30 feet by 30 feet up to 40 feet by 160 feet and can accommodate up to 450 guests. All pole tents can have sidewalls and lighting.
